 This speech really affected me a lot. In this speech, he talked about three stories. Each of them has some good phrases for me to learn. He said your time is limited, so don't waste it. Actually, I can utilize it more efficiently. But I usually waste almost all of it. It is a problem that annoys me for a long time. But after listening to the speech. I suddenly realize how precious it is. People don't what they have got until they lose it. So I start to ask myself if today is the last day. Do you satisfy it？ And arrange my schedule.

Taking a gap year is a very good choice. You have a lot of choices. Each of them have their benefits. However it is based on your thought and courage. Before do it you need to think about your future carefully and also need lots of courage. Because you are leaving your comfortable zone.  If I can. I definitely will choose find a job. First reason is I need money and I don't want my parents give me too much money. Second is I want increase my work experience and change my thought. Work can make me more mature. Third is work can let me know more people and extend my social network.

First I want to improve my hand gestures. This problem is not only in the online presentation but also in the physical presentation. When I was presenting one hand hold the microphone but another hand usually don't know how to put it naturally. The next time when I was counting a number or indicating something I can use some simple hand gestures to make me more naturally. The second is based on the first problem avoiding touching the face. My first problem says I don't know how to put the other hand. I will unconsciously touch my hair or scratch my face. It will let everyone know I'm nervous and unconfident. The next time I will try to use gestures to avoid touching the face.
